Just one more final #LevelUp2023 post on how I use ClickUp, why I recommend it to others, and other tools I've previously used to manage projects not only in my business, but also in collaborative joint ventures we have in place.
👉 I use this tool daily, and not only have I implemented it for my business but also I've built out over 13 unique ClickUp workspaces for various types of agencies and other small businesses.
👉 This tool truly has saved me an immense and countless number of hours just by being able to consolidate and centralize so much of our data, and by reducing the number of other applications we used to use.
👉 This tool has also helped me avoid unnecessary "neuro-switching" because when a thought, idea, or task suddenly needs "doing", I don't actually immediately jump in and DO like I used to. Now I just create my task, or reminder to come back to that later and ensure I stay on task and on track with what I originally set as my intentions for the day.
👉 I used to use Trello for 10+ years before making the switch to ClickUp in May 2021. I've also used Monday, Asana, and Notion, as well as simple spreadsheets and to-do lists. This tool is BY FAR the best and most capable software of all of them.
👉 ClickUp has ensured that I am always on top of all my projects and account management, which also has provided me with a direct increase in revenue simply due to being able to cut down costs on billable hours and services.
Who else uses ClickUp and has seen an impact in the way you've done business since implementing it?
Who is struggling to build or refine their ideal streamlined processes in ClickUp?
Let me know! I've been a verified ClickUp user and power user since April 2022, and I can possibly help with helping you get the most out of this amazing tool. Just like with other tools, it all comes down to what YOU build into it!
